Big Tony, an Airstream Interstate XL motorhome made his maiden voyage to the Southwest. These are some of the images taken of him with the Milky Way providing beautiful background and subtle lighting.

This natural bridge located at the Natural Bridges National Monument in Utah is so grand and magnificent that it dwarfs whatever you thought a natural bridge should be. We went out to shoot a Milky Way timelapse but clouds rolled in. Still the site with sounds was worth the effort.

Images here are from our night shooting. We experimented with light painting and as you can see, the experiment needs some refinement.

Returned to Bisti and this time I found a landscape that begged to be done in BW high key. These images were taken with Nikon 810A with 24-70/2.8 lens. Did all the post-ediiting in LR and ended up going high key.

I adore the night skies although staying up past 8pm is a challenge. However the payoff is thrilling and philosophically engaging.

Stitching contiguous images together has never been easier. This IS a skill and one that I am just learning about.
