An Afternoon Walk in Infrared.  Anacortes WA
Topazed Infrared Tree on Tommy Thompson Trail, Anacortes WA

Took this image and the original really showed no separation
from the tree and background. I think I finally got it where it is
distinct. Don't be afraid to explore with Topaz' many filters. Think
of it as your adult recess from 'serious life'.

Don't let anyone tell you to leave your infrared at the hotel room.

See the eagles in the trees? They are those black splotches in the
trees.
720nm Infrared at Palouse sunset jazzed up with a hint of Topaz
impression. The remaining light captured with the IR was mind
bloggling.
Distorted 830nm Infrared with fisheye lens.

However...my friend Margaret & fountain pens with Mont Blanc
ink aren't distorted. :)
720nm Infrared long exposure image of fly fisherman. Nooksack
River, WA

Look at this dude. His upper half is blurred while legs sharper. Know
why? Because he was actively fly fishing. Did dual toning in LR with
this image. Printed this on metallic which works well.

Infrared Field of Tulips French-kissed by Topaz. Skagit Valley WA

I say French-kissed by Topaz because this edit with Topaz was not
light. In fact, my habit wearing Catholic nuns would probably say
this was a 'third base' case. In any event, Skagit Valley in April is full of
people viewing fields of lovely tulips, daffodils. For those of us living
here, it can get challenging to take new and fresh images. So in that
case, I recommend infrared and topaz.
